What does Virtual Arc actually do?
AI engineering — agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation over a client’s own documents, and multi-provider LLM orchestration, built for production. Alongside that, custom business software (ERP, B2B portals, internal systems) and websites with an SEO foundation. We also build and operate three of our own platforms: ArcFin, ArcFit and ArcClock.
Which AI systems have you actually shipped, and for whom?
We build and operate a production AI system for Kingpin (Dubai) — a sales-intelligence platform with agentic workflows, retrieval and multi-provider API orchestration. For DesignRush (US) we built Content Studio. ArcFit generates 7-to-180-day nutrition and training plans asynchronously. The agent on this page and the daily research pipeline that writes our Journal are also our own systems, running now.
Where are you based and who do you work with?
Belgrade, Serbia. We work with clients in Serbia, the EU, the UAE, the USA and Switzerland. We contract and invoice from Serbia, work in Central European time, and operate in Serbian and English.
What does the first step look like?
A 25-minute call in which we walk through the process you want to automate or the system you need built. Most engagements then start with a fixed-price AI workflow review, which is credited in full against a build. Our published rates are on the pricing page.
Do you work with companies outside Serbia?
Yes. Our largest AI system today runs in Dubai, we built Content Studio for a US agency network, and we have years of backend work on Swiss intralogistics systems behind us. We work remotely, sign your NDA and master agreement, and invoice in euros or dollars.
