Privacy policy
This site sets no cookies, uses no advertising networks and does not track you across sites. What follows is an exact description of what is recorded, which we can give because the measurement is our own code rather than a third-party service.
§1Who processes your data
The data controller is Virtual Arc AI Systems, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. VAT ID 115500031, company registration number 68414075.
For any question about this policy, and for any request to access, correct or delete your data, write to [email protected].
§2Traffic measurement
We measure traffic with our own code running on our own server. There is no Google Analytics, no social pixel and no advertising network.
For each page view we record:
- the time of the view,
- the page path, without the query string,
- the page language,
- the domain you arrived from — the domain only, never the full URL,
- a two-letter country code,
- a device class: mobile, tablet or desktop,
- the visitor identifier described below.
Your IP address is never written to disk. It is combined with your browser string and a secret key and reduced to a one-way hash. That key changes every day at UTC midnight, so the same visitor cannot be linked across two days and the hash cannot be turned back into an IP address. This is why the measurement needs no cookie — and therefore no consent prompt and no cookie banner.
Traffic we recognise as automated — bots and crawlers — is flagged and kept out of the numbers.
§3The contact form
When you send an enquiry through the form, we store what you typed — name, phone, email address and the message — along with the page you sent it from and the interface language.
Your IP address and browser user-agent string are stored with the enquiry. They are used to rate-limit submissions and filter spam; they are not used to build a profile of you.
The enquiry is written to our own storage first and only then sent onward as a notification. That means your enquiry exists even when notification delivery fails — which is what entitles the form to tell you it was received.
§4Ask AI — the chat on this site
If you use Ask AI, your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. We do not store the conversation on our servers.
Because those messages leave our system, please do not send confidential information, passwords, or other people’s personal data through the chat.
§5Who your data is passed to
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. It is passed only to the following service providers, and only as far as each service requires:
- Cloudflare — the network in front of this site; it processes requests, including your IP address.
- Zoho Mail (EU) — receives the notification email containing your enquiry.
- Telegram — receives a push notification containing your enquiry.
- OpenAI — receives the messages you send through Ask AI.
Traffic measurement is passed to nobody; it stays on our server.
§7How long we keep things
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to maintain ordinary business records of contacts and quotes. Page-view records are kept as an operational traffic log; they contain nothing that identifies you.
On request, we delete your enquiry and everything stored with it.
§8Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have processing restricted, to object to processing, and to ask for your data to be transferred.
Send your request to [email protected]. We answer within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
§9Changes to this policy
When what we collect or who it is passed to changes, this text changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
